October 30, 2019, marked a significant milestone for Zari The Boss Lady as she embarked on a new venture in Tanzania, hiring Q Boy Msafi, the former stylist of Diamond Platnumz, to run her barbershop.
According to Q Boy, Zari approached him with the idea after they met in South Africa, where they discussed the possibility of empowering the youth through her business.
With the launch of 'Mzalendo' barbershop, Zari has created employment opportunities for over 10 people, enabling them to support their families.
Q Boy clarified that the venture is a joint effort between Zari and another Tanzanian youth, aimed at providing opportunities for the youth.
Notably, Q Boy has no bad blood with Diamond Platnumz, his former boss, whom he hailed as his king.
It's been a year since Diamond Platnumz fired Q Boy from Wasafi, marking a significant chapter in his career.
