On October 30, 2019, news emerged of a Kenyan woman's extraordinary journey to profess her love to Tanzanian singer Mbosso.

Munira, a Kenyan woman, traveled to Tanzania and sold her phone to buy a ticket, in a desperate bid to win the heart of the singer.

According to reports, Munira threatened to take her own life if Mbosso refused to marry her, citing her Muslim faith, which allows for up to four wives.

When asked about her motivations, Munira denied being desperate, claiming that she had been approached by many Kenyan men but found them lacking in various aspects.

She stated that the men were poor, lacked artistic skills, and were not her type, leading her to seek a more suitable partner in Mbosso.
