According to Zodwa, young men possess qualities she finds attractive, including ambition and a sense of adventure.
In an Instagram video, Zodwa explained her preference, stating, "I think I have to explain the Ben 10 or the young boyfriend thing with Zodwa Wabantu. They are young, adventurous, outgoing, ambitious; they have their dreams ahead of them. So when it comes to me, I have already lived my life,"
She is not the only one who has expressed a preference for younger partners. Months ago, Diamond Platnumz's mother, Sandra, revealed that she is with a younger man because she does not want children.
"WE GOT MARRIED, NOT SO THAT WE HAVE BABIES TOGETHER BUT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AS A MARRIED COUPLE. WHY SHOULD WE GET INTO PARENTHOOD AT THIS AGE? YOU WANT ME TO DIE DURING GRUESOME LABOUR? MY HUSBAND LOVES ME, I DON'T WANT TO GIVE BIRTH," Sandra said.
