Published on October 29, 2019, Harmonize, the CEO of Konde Gang, has expressed his concerns about the Tanzanian music industry.

Speaking during an interview on Clouds FM, Harmonize revealed that the existing rivalry between Tanzanian media outlets is slowly poisoning the industry.

According to Harmonize, talented artists are finding it difficult to take advantage of opportunities to sell their music on big media platforms like Fiesta and Diamond's Wasafi Festival.

He cited examples of bongo artists like Whozu and Marioo who are currently facing a difficult time, trying to be selective and wise on which side to lean on.

Harmonize noted that established artists like him don't need to be told when an upcoming artist is faced with a challenge.

He made a sincere plea for Tanzanian media to put their egos aside and work together, believing that Tanzanian and Kenyan artists can attract crowds in the London arena, just like Nigerian artists do.

However, Harmonize believes that this will not be possible as long as they keep pushing each other to the bottom.

Additionally, Harmonize revealed that he has had poor communication with the WCB family since his exit, all because of the media.
