On October 5, 2019, a Kakamega man, known as Mitch, discovered his wife of 22 years, Cynthia, cheating with her secret lover in their matrimonial bed in Kisumu County.
Mitch and Cynthia got married in 1996 under Luhya Customary Laws. However, their marriage hit a rock when Cynthia secured a job as a nurse and began having extramarital affairs.
After completing her nursing studies, Cynthia was employed by the Ministry of Health and posted in Kisumu. Mitch's concern was that his wife became withdrawn from the marriage and rarely visited their home.
Seeking help, Mitch consulted herbalist Mwikali Kilonzo, who unleashed a spell to bust cheating partners. The spell eventually worked, and Cynthia's 40 days of cheating came to an end.
After negotiations, Cynthia's secret lover managed to secure his freedom by paying a hefty fine. The woman has since apologized and promised to amend her philandering ways.
