Published on October 28, 2019, a past interview with Parents magazine revealed the origins of the friendship between TV Queen Lulu Hassan and State House spokesperson Kanze Dena.
According to Kanze, their friendship began on social media, where they chatted on Facebook for almost a year before meeting in person.
'Interestingly, Lulu and I started our friendship on social media. We used to chat on Facebook for almost a year,' Kanze revealed.
After their online chats, they finally met during Lulu's son's first birthday event, marking the beginning of their enduring friendship.
As they established themselves at Citizen TV, they realized they worked well together, and their friendship continued to grow.
'It just so happened that we landed at Citizen. We were covering elections and we realised we just worked. I have learnt to understand her and she has learnt to understand me,' Kanze said.
Despite parting ways as the popular TV duo, their friendship remains unshaken.
