On a recent episode of The Morning Kiss Conversation, Kamene Goro and Andrew Kibe engaged in a heated debate about the ratio of men to women in top corporate positions.

According to Kamene, women need to work extra hard to succeed in the corporate world, a notion that Andrew Kibe strongly disagrees with.

During the discussion, the duo touched on the issue of construction workers, with Kamene expressing her discontent that women are paid less than men for the same work, citing that women are not physically capable of carrying heavy loads like stones.

However, Kamene's stance was met with resistance from a caller who disagreed with her, saying that women need to 'level up' and stop expecting special treatment.

Andrew Kibe also weighed in, stating that hard work alone is not enough to guarantee success, and that there are different strengths and abilities that contribute to one's worth.

He even went as far as to say that if women want equality, they should look at the prison population, where only 10% of inmates are women, and 90% are men.

As the argument escalated, Kamene stuck to her guns, emphasizing that women face more challenges and vulnerabilities in society, and that they cannot afford to slack off.

Published on October 28, 2019, this conversation highlights the ongoing debate about gender equality and the corporate world.
