Manchester United's away woes finally came to an end with a resounding 3-1 win over Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday, October 27, 2019.
Scott McTominay opened the scoring in the 21st minute, netting United's 2,000th Premier League goal in the process.
However, the visitors were denied a second penalty when Ben Godfrey was deemed not to have fouled Daniel James, despite the VAR referee overturning the initial decision.
Marcus Rashford made amends for the missed spot kick by scoring his 50th goal for United with a slick finish from James' cross on the half-hour mark.
Anthony Martial sealed the win with a wonderful finish from a sumptuous return pass from Rashford on 73 minutes, but Norwich did manage to grab a consolation goal through Onel Hernandez in the 88th minute.
The win lifts United up to seventh in the Premier League, while Norwich remain 19th.
