On Saturday, October 26, 2019, reigning Italian champions Juventus faced off against Lecce in a Serie A match, but they were unable to secure a win without their star player Cristiano Ronaldo.

Despite missing Ronaldo, Juventus still managed to take the lead in the 50th minute via a penalty scored by Paulo Dybala. However, Lecce was able to equalize in the 56th minute through a penalty scored by Marco Mancosu.

The match ended 1-1, with Juventus still sitting atop the Serie A standings, but they could lose their position if Inter Milan were to win their tie.

It was the first time since September 2019 that Juventus had dropped points in the Serie A, and it was a significant result for Lecce, who moved up to 16th in the standings.

Juventus' goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny also played a crucial role in the match, saving a superb shot from Diego Farras that could have given Lecce the win.
