On October 25, 2019, Deepa Dosaja showcased her new Spring/Summer 2020 Collection at the Fairmont The Norfolk Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya.

Deepa Dosaja has achieved a remarkable feat in the fashion industry, making a name for herself not only in the local fashion world but also on the global stage.

Having recently returned from a whirlwind fashion tour, Deepa's new collection was a testament to her dedication and hard work. The collection, titled 'Diversity,' featured 15 original designs that were showcased at the event.

Deepa's passion for fashion began at a young age, and she started designing her own clothes when she was just 13 years old. She took sewing classes throughout school and eventually pursued a degree in fashion design from the La-Salle College of Fashion and Design in Montreal, Canada.

After completing her studies, Deepa moved back to Kenya and began her career in the fashion industry. She worked as a merchandise manager for Tinga Tinga clothing company and later met her husband. However, it was six years ago that Deepa took the leap of faith and opened her own boutique, where she began branding her collections with her own name.

Deepa's commitment to sustainability is evident in her designs, which are made from organic materials such as cotton, wool, silk, linen, and bamboo. She also uses non-toxic dyes and avoids synthetics, which release micro-fibres and micro-plastics into the air.

Deepa's success is a testament to her hard work and dedication to her craft. She has participated in several fashion events, including the Paris Fashion Week, where she showcased 600 original designs. Her participation in the event was a significant milestone in her career, and she has since become a prominent figure in the Kenyan fashion industry.
