As we send our students to face national exams, it's time to reflect on our priorities. Are we focusing on grades or helping them discover their true value?

While grades can open doors to schools and careers, they shouldn't be the sole focus. We must help our children become people of value, not just people of grades.

The value of a person lies in their skills and passions. Have our students discovered their niche? Are they developing their unique talents, or are they being led by grades to a predetermined path?

It's our responsibility as parents and teachers to guide them towards their uniqueness. We must help them find and appreciate their value, which goes beyond what they achieve.

When people are valuable, opportunities pursue them. When our children develop their skills, they attract people, businesses invest in them, and nations hire them.

As world changers, our students possess the ability to transform the world. But only when we discover our true value and declare independence from systems that limit us can we make a lasting impact.
