On October 23, 2019, Maina Kageni, a renowned radio presenter and media personality, shared his personal experience with his father's will in the midst of the Michuki family property dispute.
According to Kageni, his father passed away when he was just two years old, leaving behind a significant estate estimated to be worth at least 10 billion shillings.
Speaking about the dispute, Kageni revealed that his father had left him all his property, which was later transferred to him when he turned 21 years old.
“My dad died when I was two years old. Luckily for him, he left behind a will and after his death, it was entrusted to trustees. Immediately I turned 21, the properties were transferred to me,”
However, Kageni expressed a sense of guilt, suggesting that his father should have left all his property to his mother, who was raising him at the time.
Despite this, Kageni's father had left him the property, which has now become a subject of dispute in the Michuki family.
