Published on October 23, 2019, WCB producer Eyo Lizer, popularly known as Lizer, has shared his thoughts on witchcraft and his career, addressing rumors about his departure from the record label.

Lizer, who has worked with notable artists such as Diamond Platnumz and Tanasha, believes in the existence of witchcraft, citing instances where he has witnessed its effects on others.

“I do believe that there is witchcraft. I have heard people use witchcraft and people bewitching each other. I do believe these things are there. I have never been bewitched and I have never thought about it,” he told Wasafi Media.

Regarding his career, Lizer clarified that he is still an active producer at WCB, despite rumors suggesting otherwise. He attributed the rumors to his prolonged absence from the studio due to illness and the misconception that he had exited the label.

“No, I didn’t have stress. I remember when I was sick another producer had to do my work. I was indoors for three weeks because it was malaria,” he said.

He also addressed claims that he was under depression, stating that he was simply taking time off to recover from his illness. Lizer emphasized that his contract with WCB remains intact, and he continues to work with the label.

When asked about his collaborations with Diamond Platnumz and Tanasha, Lizer explained that he doesn't feel the need to post photos on social media to prove his work. He cited an instance where he worked with Diamond and Tanasha on a project without taking photos.

“I’m not photophobic. I don’t really need to post, I don’t even have a photo with Diamond. Most times, I do work with him and Tanasha and I don’t take photos. Tanasha is fresh, we are just working very well,” he said.

Looking back on his career, Lizer reflected on the challenges he faced while working on notable projects such as ‘Salome’ by Diamond and Rayvanny and ‘Waka’ featuring Rick Ross.
