Safaricom takes the top spot as the most 'desired', 'respected', and admired company in the country, alongside East African Breweries and the United Nations.
The report highlights 'employee satisfaction and happiness levels' as a key theme, with most Kenyans willing to switch jobs but willing to provide positive recommendations of their current employers.
According to the report, 'Strong, Relatable Company Values' are highly sought after by Kenyans, but most companies in Kenya are only beginning to adopt strong company values.
The top 20 list includes:
- Safaricom
- East African Breweries
- United Nations
These companies are highly desirable to the workforce, making them great places to start sourcing for internships or jobs.
