Kenyan celebrity Huddah Monroe has spoken out against the trend of young women getting pregnant without a stable job or a good living situation.

According to Huddah, it is not wise for women in this generation to get pregnant before securing a job or being in a stable financial situation.

"Let us not rush into motherhood without thinking about the future of our children," Huddah said in an interview.

She added that she does not want to get pregnant now because she is still searching for a stable income and does not want her children to suffer in poverty.

"I do not want my children to suffer in poverty, I want to show them a good life and provide for them for more than two years," Huddah said.

Huddah also expressed concern about women who claim that children are a blessing without considering the living conditions they provide for them.
