Published on October 22, 2019, the 2019 BrighterMonday list of the best 100 companies to work for in Kenya has been released.
At the top of the list is Safaricom, the nation's leading telecommunication company.
The list was compiled using data from two surveys: an external survey targeting the general public and an internal survey focusing on employees working at numerous companies in Kenya.
Majority of the respondents were aged between 25-35 and 18-24, lived in Nairobi, and held a Bachelor's degree.
The criteria used in ranking the companies included ranking intrinsic and extrinsic traits desired in a company, nominating admired and respected companies, and nominating desired workplaces.
