Francis Atwoli, the Secretary-General of the Central Organization of Trade Unions, has sparked controversy with his unconventional fitness secret: having sex six times a week.
According to Atwoli, sex is the best exercise for the body, allowing individuals to live without stress and clearing their minds of psychological imbalances.
He attributes his physical fitness to his regular sex life, stating that the more times one engages in sex, the more physically fit and strong they become.
Atwoli emphasized the importance of sex in an adult's life, saying that it engages the entire body and contributes to overall well-being.
He likened the feeling of having multiple sex durations to the sensation of taking a bath after being unwell, stating that it offers the body system a fulfilling sensation and coordinates the body organs in a sweet pattern.
Despite weighing 133Kgs, Atwoli has maintained his habit of having sex six times a week for nearly thirteen years, dismissing claims that too much sex leads to fatigue.
He called on married couples to spend quality time with each other, saying that sex is everything about marriage.
