Former President Daniel arap Moi, who lived to be 95, has left behind an unconventional legacy on longevity. In a surprising revelation, Moi advised Kenyan men to abstain from sex if they want to live a long, healthy, and stress-free life.
According to Moi, frequent sexual engagements lead to a significant loss of energy and physical strength, ultimately resulting in old age and wrinkles. He attributed this to the fluid exchange during copulation, which he claimed works more to the disadvantage of men than women.
“I have lived long because I was not a slave of sex during my prime,” Moi confirmed in a statement.
Moi, who last had a sexual affair 30 years ago at the age of 65, attributed his longevity to his decision to abstain from sex. He claimed that had he continued with his sex life, he would have either died prematurely or been unable to communicate or address national issues.
He challenged Kenyan men to deny themselves the urge to have sex, citing the benefits of a long life without the burden of frequent lovemaking scenarios.
