Published on October 21, 2019, a concerned citizen from Nairobi shared a disturbing account of what goes on at the gym, particularly during the 'warm down' or 'stretch' session.
According to the individual, the gym instructor will often stand between a woman's legs, stretching one leg at a time, and then proceed to hold various parts of her anatomy, pushing and pulling them widely.
He will then grab both legs together and push them towards her head, leaving her in a compromising pose. The woman will often make a sound that has nothing to do with pain and will even ask the instructor to see her the next day.
The writer warns that gym instructors are replacing men in the eyes of their wives, and that the institution of marriage is being threatened by these secret affairs.
