On October 20, 2019, Juventus secured a crucial 2-1 win over Bologna, solidifying their position at the top of the Serie A table with a four-point lead above their closest rivals, Inter Milan.

Cristiano Ronaldo marked a significant milestone in his career by scoring his 700th goal for Juventus in the match. The Portuguese superstar opened the scoring in the 19th minute with a brilliant individual effort, using a step-over to move past a defender before shooting into the near corner.

However, Bologna's central defender Danilo equalized in spectacular fashion with a half-volley shot that beat Ginaluigi Buffon, making it 1-1.

Ronaldo continued to impress, forcing Bologna's keeper Lukasz Skorupski into action with a powerful header in the 53rd minute. Two minutes later, Miralem Pjanic restored the lead for Juventus, drilling the ball into the net to make it 2-1.

The win extended Juventus' unbeaten run in Serie A and maintained their top spot in the league standings.
