Cynthia Shilwatso scored the winning goal in the 52nd minute, converting a freekick after Teresa Engesha was brought down at the edge of the box.
The win moved Vihiga Queens to 70 points, three ahead of second-placed Gaspo, who lost 1-3 to Trans Nzoia Falcons at the same venue.
