Kenya Volleyball Federation's regular season is set to conclude next week in Kapsabet, with the DCI women's volleyball team aiming to secure a spot in the play-offs.

Following their victory in the Nyerere Cup in Tanzania, the team's manager, Neddy Kilimo, believes they have a good chance of making it to the last four.

However, their path to the play-offs is not without obstacles, as they face off against Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) in Kapsabet, with the winner almost guaranteed a spot in the play-offs.

According to Kilimo, the team's performance in the league so far has been impressive, with nine points from four matches.

"It's our target to play in the play-offs, but for that to happen, we will have to go the extra mile," Kilimo said.

"Luckily, we are coming from participating in the Nyerere Cup earlier this week, and the players are in competition mood," he added.

The team's performance has been boosted by the presence of Kenya international centre Caroline Sirengo, who has grown in terms of the game and is expected to bring her experience and exposure to the league and future assignments.
