Published on October 16, 2019, the Kenya Handball Federation men's league is heating up with several matches scheduled for this weekend.

Defending champions National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) will face 18th-placed University of Nairobi (UoN) at Kaloleni court in their first match of the 2019/2020 season.

UoN has no points after playing four matches, while NCPB has won all four of their matches and sits in fourth place with eight points.

UoN coach Raphael Kithuka expressed confidence in his team's ability to win despite being slightly out of rhythm after a long recess.

League leaders Black Mamba will face Buccaneers, who have five points and are in ninth position, while Strathmore will take on Inspired B and Nanyuki.
