On October 16, 2019, A$AP Rocky opened up about his sex addiction in an interview with Angie Martinez for Untold Stories of Hip Hop.
According to a sneak peek clip posted by TMZ, Rocky explained that he thinks he was a sex addict from his early teens, stating, "I was always a sex addict," and adding that it all started around "probably junior high."
When asked to clarify what he means by the statement that he was "always" a sex addict, Rocky responded, "Like, I was horny," he says. "I ain't even had no sperm in my testicles yet, but I literally was just horny... I've been a sex addict for some time, yeah."
Rocky also stated that he is capable of a monogamous relationship, saying, "Yes. Of course." This isn't the first time Rocky has been frank about his sex life, as he revealed in a profile with Esquire last year that he regularly engages in threesomes and had his "first orgy" at the age of 13.
