Kenya Airways has come under fire from Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan, who claims the airline lost her luggage containing expensive gifts during a flight from Dubai on an unspecified date.

Ms. Hassan, who took to Instagram to air her complaint, alleged that her expensive suit and perfumes gifted to her during her birthday were stolen.

She claimed the loss of her luggage cost her a client and threatened to end her relationship with the airline, which she had previously been loyal to.

Ms. Hassan, who paid $2440 for her ticket, demanded that the airline return her lost luggage and expressed disappointment at the airline's poor service, citing delayed flights and lack of explanations to passengers.

Kenya Airways has yet to respond to her complaint, which was posted on Instagram on October 16, 2019.
