On October 13th, 2019, a brazen theft occurred at the Institute of Software Technologies in Nairobi, as captured by exclusive CCTV footage.
The footage, obtained by Nyakundi Report, shows a man in his 40s, described as heavily built, entering the institution's manager's office and making himself comfortable on a desk.
He then quickly switches positions, stashes a black laptop into a large envelope, and hastily exits the premises.
