On October 15, 2019, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) kicked off its inaugural Caf Stadium and Security workshop, a two-day event aimed at reducing recurring incidents of crowd trouble in Africa.
Supported by Fifa, the workshop seeks to equip National Security Officers from CAF's 54 Member Associations with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure stadium safety and security.
