The Kenya-China Capital Markets Forum opened on 15th October at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Upper hill, Nairobi, marking a significant step in strengthening economic ties between the two nations.
Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and the Nairobi Securities Exchange PLC (NSE) have established the China-Kenya Capital Market Service Initiative (the “China-Kenya Initiative”) to facilitate a capital formation platform on a larger scale.
As part of this initiative, a high-level delegation from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) is visiting the Kenyan market to formalize the proposed partnership between the exchanges by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.
