On October 2nd, Tanasha Donna, the 24-year-old Kenyan girlfriend of Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz, welcomed their first child into the world after a long and arduous labor.
According to Tanasha, she labored for 17 hours, a period she described as 'long, stressful, and excruciatingly painful.'
Despite begging for an Epidural anesthesia at one point, doctors decided not to administer it, opting for a natural birth instead.
“17 hours of labor, it was long stressful and the pain was excruciating but when I look at him I would do it all over again. It was a natural birth no epidural as much as I begged for one at some point when I couldn’t take it, though I am glad they didn’t give it,” Tanasha wrote on Instagram.
As for how she managed to quickly flatten her tummy over a week after delivery, Tanasha attributed it to individual body types and the importance of diet, hydration, and genetics.
With the arrival of their first child, Diamond Platnumz now has a total of four kids. The award-winning singer has two children with Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan and one with former Miss Tanzania Hamisa Mobetto.
It's been over a year since Diamond and Tanasha started dating, following his breakup with Zari in February 2018.
