Wizkid, the Nigerian singer, has shared a fascinating story of his time in Los Angeles, where he spent two years struggling to find his cultural footing.

According to the singer, he spent a staggering amount of money on Nigerian food daily, with estimates suggesting up to $4,000 per day.

Speaking to UK's Capital Xtra, Wizkid revealed that he was unable to adjust to the lack of Nigerian cuisine in Los Angeles, stating, 'I do not eat any other food apart from Nigerian food anywhere in the world. I am a local boy.'

Wizkid's comments come as no surprise, given his recent return to the music scene with hit tracks like 'Ghetto Love' and 'Joro', which have been well-received by fans in Kenya.
