On October 12, 2019, Huddah Monroe marked a milestone birthday with a visit to the Good Samaritan Rescue Centre, located between Huruma and Mathare, a place close to her heart.
She donated money to the home and spent the day with the children, giving back to society in a meaningful way.
Later that night, Huddah celebrated with friends and family at Milan, popping bottles in celebration of her new year.
However, the night took an unexpected turn when she found herself at the police station, allegedly after pretending not to know the officers.
Fortunately, she was released and shared a photo of herself at home, captioning it 'dera', indicating her safe return.
