On October 11, 2019, Sarah Wairimu, the wife of late Tob Cohen, was released on bail after being held for over 40 days on suspicion of her husband's murder.
Wairimu was accused of being involved in the murder of her husband between July 19 and 20, 2019. However, she denied the allegations and was released on a KSh 2 million bail.
As part of her bail conditions, Wairimu was ordered not to visit her husband's home or approach his property.
The body of Cohen was found on September 13, 2019, in a septic tank at his home in Kitisuru, after he went missing for over a month.
