On October 11, 2019, Justice Stella Mutuku granted Sarah Wairimu, a suspect in the murder of Tob Cohen, Sh2 million cash bail.
As a condition for her release, Wairimu was ordered not to set foot on any properties associated with her late husband.
She was also required to provide testimonials on her living arrangements before securing her release.
