Published on October 11, 2019, Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has once again made headlines for his dramatic antics.
Recall the time he tried to pull off an American accent, complete with rolled 'r's, but it backfired spectacularly. This time, Sonko attempted a British accent, but it seems he still has a thing or two to learn.
As seen in a video, Sonko was showing off his knowledge of trains in France, and in the process, he leaned heavily on a British accent. While his intentions may have been good, his execution left much to be desired.
According to Sonko, his plan is to implement a traffic-free zone in Nairobi, but it remains to be seen if his British accent will be a key part of that plan.
