Kenyan radio presenter Tanasha Donna has left many in awe with her incredible post-baby body just a week after giving birth to a baby boy.

According to her Instagram post, Tanasha was in labor for 17 hours before delivering her baby at 42 weeks. She described the experience as 'worth it' and thanked God for a healthy baby boy who shares a birthday with her partner, Diamond.

Just a week after giving birth, Tanasha took to Instagram to flaunt her flat tummy, captioning the post '1-week post-partum'. The post elicited mixed reactions, with many netizens wondering how she achieved her flat tummy so quickly.

In a Q&A session with her followers, Tanasha revealed that her 'big secret' to a speedy recovery is a good diet and genes. She also credited Palmer's stretch mark lotion for preventing stretch marks.

When asked for advice, Tanasha advised women and moms-to-be to love their bodies, regardless of their shape or size. She emphasized the importance of a healthy diet, hydration, and genetics in achieving a speedy recovery.
