On October 10, 2019, actress Ashley Benson took to Instagram to show off her toned abs in a matching bra and underwear set.

At 29 years old, Benson's fit physique has caught the attention of her fellow celebrities, including Camila Mendes and Georgie May Jagger.

Benson credits her physique to a combination of Pilates, boxing, and a healthy diet. She shared with Health that she likes to work up a sweat with a solid cardio session, which includes Pilates three days a week and boxing or SoulCycle two or three times a week.

When it comes to toning her legs, Benson swears by squats. 'Probably squats—and not for my butt but for my legs,' she told Health. 'We usually do circuit training, so I'll do 25 squats, then I'll run back and forth, and then I'll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can't move for days!'

But Benson's fitness routine isn't just about exercise – she also makes sleep a priority. 'I try to take an hour nap. If I don't get sleep, I found that I get really bad anxiety. I started getting panic attacks for two years straight,' she told Health.

When it comes to her diet, Benson's everyday meals are surprisingly balanced. She shared with Delish that her typical day consists of a hard-boiled egg with iced coffee and a splash of half and half for breakfast, a salad (or a cheeseburger) for lunch, and fish (or a cheeseburger) for dinner.

However, Benson's love for donuts is well-documented. In 2016, she shared with Delish that she is a huge fan of chocolate cake donuts with chocolate frosting. 'I have a serious sweet tooth,' she said.
