As Kipchoge prepares to participate in the INEOS 1:59 challenge on October 12 in Vienna, Austria, Korir has encouraged parents to support their children in developing their talents from a young age.

He also commended the counties of Uasin Gishu, Nandi, and Elgeyo Marakwet for their support to athletes.

On October 12, Kipchoge is expected to run 42 kilometers in under two hours.
