Stefanie Mulic, a 19-year-old from Sweden, has been obsessed with achieving a Barbie-like appearance since she was 13 years old. Her journey began with lip fillers, which she first tried at the age of 13, and has since become a regular at the cosmetic surgery clinic, spending Sh1.8 million (£14,000) annually on procedures.

According to Stefanie, her mum and aunt, who work in the beauty industry, introduced her to the world of cosmetic surgery. She has since undergone numerous procedures, including lip fillers, rhinoplasty, a brow lift, teeth whitening, and jawline surgery.

Stefanie's inspiration comes from Bratz dolls, Barbie, and Playboy playmates. She has had her lips, chin, cheeks, smile lines, and nose altered, and has also undergone Botox treatments. Her goal is to achieve a doll-like appearance, which she believes has boosted her confidence and gained her more Instagram followers.

Despite her family and friends supporting her decision to undergo surgery, Stefanie admits that she has no intention of stopping her addiction to cosmetic procedures in the near future. In fact, she plans to have more surgery in the future, including breast implants, rib removal surgery, a face lift, butt implants, hip implants, buccal fat removal, and silicone lip implants.

Stefanie's story raises questions about the impact of social media on body image and the pressure to conform to unrealistic beauty standards. While Stefanie's family and friends support her decision, it is clear that her obsession with achieving a Barbie-like appearance has taken a significant toll on her finances and her self-esteem.
