The International Congress for Global Landlords/Property Owners Associations (ICGLPOA) is set to take place at Kenyatta University from December 4th to 6th. Organized by the Urban Landlords and Tenants Association of Kenya (ULTAK), the event aims to foster global cooperation and best practices in property ownership and management.
According to ULTAK, the congress will feature over 40 sessions, covering topics such as creating efficiencies, building asset value, and incorporating new technologies. Participants will gain valuable insights and knowledge to optimize their property operations and elevate their business.
Several global property associations have confirmed their attendance, and the event is expected to attract a diverse range of professionals, including property owners, homeowners' associations, real estate developers, and manufacturers of building materials.
The Standard Group is partnering with ULTAK to host the global congress, which will be held under the theme of 'establishing a global partnership network and celebration of International Property Day.'
