According to reports, Karenju placed a Sh10 stake on a 13-team multi bet, which he duplicated three times, resulting in a total win of Sh30.
Despite the unexpected results in the English Premier League, where Manchester City suffered a surprise defeat at Etihad, Manchester United lost to Newcastle, and Tottenham were thrashed by Brighton, Karenju's luck held out.
