Spurs' poor start to the new campaign has prompted Pochettino to revamp his squad, with a clear-out expected in the January window.

According to reports, up to five players, including Victor Wanyama, have been earmarked for sale as Pochettino seeks to rebuild a new-look side.

Wanyama, who was on the verge of leaving Spurs in the summer, has fallen down the pecking order under Pochettino and is currently regarded as surplus at the club.

Other players who could be put in the market include Danny Rose, Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen, and Serge Aurier.

Spurs have endured a slump in form in recent weeks, leaving the London side sitting ninth on the standings with 11 points.

Despite finishing third in the Premier League last season and reaching the Champions League final, the team currently looks a shadow of its former self.
