On October 9, 2019, Beatrice Elachi, a former Nairobi County Assembly Speaker, made a dramatic comeback, vowing to take on rogue MCAs.
Elachi, who had been absent from the Assembly for some time, returned with a bang, promising to tackle the issue of rogue MCAs who have been causing chaos in the Assembly.
Speaking to the press, Elachi stated, 'We will not tolerate any form of indiscipline in the Assembly. We will take action against any MCA who disrupts the business of the House.'
