He recounted a particularly disturbing incident where his children were left to wipe the vomit from his face after he had blacked out.
Sharing his story on social media, Rapcha expressed gratitude for the support he received from his loved ones and the decision to change his life for the better.
He tweeted, “My kids used to wipe the vomit from my mouth. it was ugly, it was a bad life and I changed it. Stopped drinking for good and decided to focus on my body, food and my career. It’s the best decision I ever made … I give thanks for life and everyone supporting me.”
