On October 8, 2019, Kofisi, a pioneering flexible office space provider in Africa, marked a significant milestone with the launch of its new office in Karen, Kenya.
Joseck Angote, Finance Manager at Cadbury Kenya Ltd, praised Kofisi's expertise in supporting businesses in the local market, saying, “We value Kofisi’s knowledge of how to support businesses to operate successfully in the local market. According to Knight Frank's report, 'Kenya Market Update 1st Half 2019', the trend of choosing flexible workspaces is gaining momentum globally, with Africa being no exception. This shift is particularly appealing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), maturing start-ups, and multinationals, who value flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Kofisi CEO Michael Aldridge emphasized the company's commitment to meeting the rising demand for flexible office space, stating, “As a result of population growth, and infrastructure development, affluent suburbs like Karen are evolving and a need for flexible office work space is growing.”
