The new office in Karen is part of Kofisi's expansion plans to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces in Africa.

Joseck Angote, Finance Manager at Cadbury Kenya Ltd, praised Kofisi's expertise in supporting businesses in the local market, saying, 'We value Kofisi's knowledge of how to support businesses to operate successfully in the local market. According to Knight Frank's report, 'Kenya Market Update 1st Half 2019', the trend of choosing flexible workspaces is gaining popularity globally, with SMEs, maturing start-ups, and multinationals finding flexibility and cost-effectiveness attractive.

Kofisi CEO Michael Aldridge noted that affluent suburbs like Karen are evolving due to population growth and infrastructure development, creating a need for flexible office workspaces. With a vision to open in 25 cities across Africa, representing a market size of 11 million users, Kofisi aims to set new standards by combining high-end collaborative African design with global know-how and state-of-the-art integrated technology.
