On Sunday morning, a middle-aged man was found dead in his house at Nyantuga village in Kisii County, sparking concerns about the circumstances surrounding his death.
The deceased, who suffered from epilepsy, was reportedly living alone in the house.
According to Assistant Chief Esther Bochere, the deceased was in good health when he retired to bed on Saturday night.
However, when his family members living nearby went to knock on his house to wake him up in the morning as usual, he did not respond.
They found him dead on his bed after opening the door.
