Real Madrid vs Granada: Hazard and Benzema Score as Los Blancos Win 4-2 ¶
Real Madrid's Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema scored as Los Blancos maintained their lead at the top of La Liga with a 4-2 win over Granada on October 5, 2019.
Eden Hazard finally got off the mark in Spain as he scored a sublime chip for his first goal in the country. Hazard's goal came in stoppage time of the first half, making it 2-0 for Real Madrid.
Granada did not give up, however, as they pulled one back through Darwin Machis from a penalty after goalkeeper Alphonse Areola committed a foul in the box. Domingos Duarte then put Zidane's men under more pressure as he made it 3-2 with less than 13 minutes to play.
But Real Madrid's James Rodriguez had the last shout as he dispatched a move from Alvaro Odriozola to seal the win for Los Blancos.
Real Madrid's win keeps them at the top of La Liga, while Granada remains in the hunt for a top-four finish.
