Published on October 4, 2019, the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) announced the new season fixtures for the Kenya Cup 2019/2020.
The season will kick off on Saturday, October 26, 2019, and will run for 16 weeks until Saturday, March 28, 2020.
Defending champions KCB RFC will face Western Bulls in the opening round, while Top Fry Nakuru will take on Menengai Oilers in the Nakuru derby.
The league will be divided into two pools, with Pool A consisting of KCB RFC, Top Fry Nakuru, Menengai Oilers, Menengai Cream Homeboyz, and Western Bulls, and Pool B consisting of Kabras Sugar, Mwamba RFC, Impala Saracens, Nondescripts, Blaq Blad, and Kisumu RFC.
After the pool matches, the league will head to the play-offs and the final, which will be played between March 14 and April 4, 2020.
