On October 4, 2019, a fan identified as Siligoi commented on Lillian Muli's photo, saying, 'Whaaat? Huku ni kujiuza, sasa matiti nje, manake?' which translates to 'What's this? You're selling yourself, now the breasts are outside, what's next?'
Lillian Muli, a Citizen TV presenter, responded to the fan's comment, writing, 'Kuuza maembe, maharagwe au mchicha? Wewe inaonekana uko sokoni lakini jamani sina unachosaka…labda kesho.' which translates to 'Sell your breasts, your buttocks, or your vegetables? You seem to be at the market, but seriously, you have nothing to sell... maybe tomorrow.'
