Cesc Fabregas Ranks Sadio Mane Among World's Best Players ¶
Monaco midfielder Cesc Fabregas has heaped praise on Liverpool's Sadio Mane, ranking him among the world's best players alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
On October 2, 2019, Fabregas took to Twitter to express his admiration for Mane's skills, stating, 'Mané for me is top three players in the world and has been for a while. Top top level.'
Mane's impressive form has seen him amass 26 goals in the past season, emerging as the top scorer in the Premier League alongside teammate Mo Salah and Arsenal's Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
Former Liverpool forward Peter Crouch also praised Mane, saying, 'He has come on amazingly well, he is scoring goals there and was top scorer in the Premier League last year right up there with Salah.'
Mane's current form has seen him score seven goals for Liverpool this season in all competitions.
Following the victory over Salzburg, Mane and his Liverpool side will now have their eyes on Leicester City as they look to maintain their 100% record in the Premier League.
